Treatments
You are unique. Your hopes, fears, aspirations and challenges will be different from anyone else's. The aim of your NLP session will be to achieve profound and lasting behavioural change as swiftly and elegantly as possible using a range of different techniques and approaches. You may know what is causing your problem... but you may also be unaware of contributing factors. Your unconscious mind, on the other hand, does have access to that knowledge. Moreover, your unconscious mind has always only your best interests at heart. Opening a dialogue with this hidden part of you can provide a short cut to meaningful resolution.
During your NLP session, you may be invited to experience different therapy approaches. Part of the skill of the NLP Master Practitioner is knowing which ones are likely to work best for you. Here are a few examples of what you might experience:
Swish reframing
A fast (and fun!) way to simply re-organise your habitual ways of looking at things so they no longer have such a negative impact. Extraordinarily effective - particularly for highly visual people.
Time Line Therapy
Your "Timeline" is how you tell the difference between past and future, and the way you store your memories. Timeline therapy allows you to travel through time rearranging events and issues and overcoming emotional blockages. Undoing inappropriate "programming" can help release the effects of past negative experiences, helping you to rid yourself of phobias, limiting beliefs, anger, sadness, guilt and other emotions which are no longer serving you.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Everything is composed of energy. Your body channels energy through the meridians (known to the Chinese 5000 years ago and routinely used nowadays in acupuncture, shiatsu etc). By stimulating energy points with the finger tips while focusing on the problem, the therapist can help overcome a range of complaints from stresses and addictions to eating disorders and panic attacks.
Anchoring
NLP is such a powerful approach that you may find your issues resolved in just one, or a few, sessions. We want you to be able to access the positive feelings of release once you've overcome your particular challenge... and will show you ways to anchor those positive thoughts so you can access the buzz where and when you like!
EmoTrance
When we experience emotional upset or trauma, it tends to lodge in our physical body and can stay there as a residual ache, blocking our flow of energy. End result? We are less effective, ill-at-ease, we feel 'blocked'. Using your own attention and intention, together with your therapist's direction you learn to get into flow again and resolve the build-up caused by the negative emotion(s) - whatever they might be. This is a content-free procedure, very gentle, and very easy to enjoy.
