Here's something you can easily try for yourself if you're ready to switch to a new, more positive belief about yourself.

First of all: identify the three people you like and respect most in the world. Then: "step into" each of them one at a time and, from their point of view, vividly imagine them supporting and encouraging you in your new belief.

Be sure to step back into yourself after each one to enjoy the good feeling and integrate that encouragement into yourself. Your desired belief will be anchored much more firmly in your mind - and you can start living the belief.
